چکیده :

دو مفهوم «پايداري شهري» و «توسعه پايدار شهري» به دليل تقارب معاني بجاي يكديگر بكار مي روند، حال آن كه پايداري مجموعه اي از وضعيت ها را شامل مي شود كه در بستر زمان، استمرار دارد، درحالي-كه توسعه پايدار، فرآيندي را تداعي مي كند كه در بستر آن پايداري مي تواند پديدار شود. از آنجاكه پايداري در يك اكوسيستم خاصه اكوسيستم شهري طبق اصول از پيش تعيين شده اتفاق نمي افتد، بلكه حالت پايدار و پويا در آن رخ مي دهد يعني به عبارت ساده تر توسعه پايدار در يك محيط يا كشور با درنظرگرفتن توان اكولوژيكي، نيروي انساني و منابع مالي متعلق به آن محيط بومي يا ساختار شهري مي تواند تحقق يابد، ضرورت ارزيابي اين مفهوم در هر علم با حوزه انديشيدگي خاص در يك قلمروي سرزميني، امري اساسي و بايسته بنظر مي رسد. هدف اصلی توسعه پایدار، تامین نیازهای اساسی، بهبود و ارتقاء سطح زندگی برای همه و اداره بهتر اکوسیستم ها و آینده ای امن تر و سعادتمند تر ذکر شده است؛ بطور کلی می توان اهداف توسعه پایدار را درسه مقیاس بین المللی، ملی و محلی بررسی نمود. رويكرد پژوهش حاضر نيز رويكردي تحليلي و توصيفي است كه از بيشينه منابع موجود در بستر مطالعات كتابخانه اي و اسنادي و مطالعات صورت گرفته در سنوات گذشته در منظرسازي و معماري منظر ايراني بهره برده است. يافته پژوهش حاضر را مي توان اصول و مولفه هاي مرتبط با مفهوم پايداري در معماري منظر در رويكرد بومي سازي منظر و معماري منظر دانست كه لازم و در عين حال بايسته است تا در فرايند مداخلاتي در حوزه برنامه ريزي و طراحي منظر فعلي ايران براي بيشينه انطباق با مولفه هاي زيست محيطي، شرايط فرهنگي و اجتماعي و ساختار اجرايي و مديريتي حاكم مورد توجه شايسته قرار گيرد.

چکیده انگلیسی :

The two concepts of "urban sustainability" and "sustainable urban development" are used interchangeably due to the convergence of meanings, while sustainability includes a set of situations that continues over time. That sustainable development evokes a process in which sustainability can appear. Since sustainability in an ecosystem, especially an urban ecosystem, does not happen according to predetermined principles, but a stable and dynamic state occurs in it, that is, in simpler terms, sustainable development in an environment or country by considering Ecological power, human power and financial resources belonging to that natural environment or urban structure can be realized, the necessity of evaluating this concept in every science with a specific field of thought in a territorial territory seems to be a basic and necessary matter. Local scales. The approach of the current research is an analytical and descriptive approach that has used most of the available sources in the context of library and documentary studies and studies conducted in the past years in Iranian landscape architecture and landscape design. The findings of the present research can be considered the principles and components related to the concept of sustainability in landscape architecture in the approach of landscape localization and landscape architecture, which is necessary and at the same time necessary in the process of interventions in the field of planning and designing the current landscape of Iran for Maximum compliance with the environmental components, cultural and social conditions, and the ruling executive and management structure should be given attention.
